About The Author
BRIAN NORTON (B.Sc, Educational Psychology, cum laude) is a teacher of VCE English with over thirty years experience in Victorian schools. An author of VCE English texts and a former VCE examiner, Brian has delivered revision and exam preparation programs to VCE students for edassist for two decades. As the principal English lecturer, Brian has enjoyed helping Year 12 students achieve success in the VCE course by listening to their concerns and focusing on practical approaches. His philosophy for students is simple: learn what the course demands, practice the skills necessary to meet those demands, and develop the long-term and short-term study skills needed to build self-confidence.
